Bio:  Adams, who was a 27th round draft pick in 2019 with the Philadelphia Phillies, was drafted after the completion of his junior season at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).  He spent summer 2019 in Florida with the FCL Phillies East organization.  In his second season in 2021, he spent time in both Low-A and the FCL.  In two seasons at the minor league level, Adams has appeared in 37 games and has recorded four wins in 48.1 innings pitched while recording 57 strikeouts. 

 

As a student-athlete at IUP, he tallied 35.2 innings on the mound while striking out 58 hitters (15.08 strikeouts/9 innings) and held opponents to a .192 batting average while appearing in 20 games.  Tyler spent the 2020-21 season as an assistant coach at IUP.  At The Bullpen, Adams trains on a regular basis and serves as an instructor, focusing on athletic development and pitching.
